Explosion-proof endoscopes are designed for visual inspection of hidden cavities, ventilation shafts, pipelines, internal components of various equipment and many other objects located in hazardous areas where there is a risk of explosion, for example, when working with flammable substances present in high concentrations in the form of gas, mist or vapor.

Ex USB endoscope with ultrathin camera with a diameter of 7 millimeters and a probe is designed for visual inspection of internal and inaccessible cavities in hazardous areas with the function of shooting photos and video. The product has a high-definition camera with protection (IP67), which is equipped with adjustable LED illumination consisting of 6 LEDs and automatic adjustment of focus and brightness. The endoscope is connected to and powered by a USB port. The endoscope is equipped with: removable mirror, magnet and hook. Endoscope has universal connector USB 3 in 1, which includes USB, USB type C and microUSB.

Tablet or laptop acts as an external display for convenient observation of the results of research.

Using OTG cable, the Ex USB endoscope can be connected to mobile devices that support connection of external USB devices, and the USB port must support a current of at least 300mA.

The Ex USB endoscope can have two types of probe wire - rigid and flexible

The Ex USB endoscope is connected through an industrial USB 2.0 connector to an intrinsically safe barrier Ex USB 2.0.

The Ex USB endoscope have a “hot-plug” function which allows them to be connected and disconnected without stopping, shutting down or rebooting the system.
