Issue of Shares

The total number of shares issued upon incorporation of HYDITEX CORPORATION is 100,000 shares and is as follows:

A Class Shares – 50,000

B Class Shares – 45,000

C Class Shares – 5,000

A Class Shares – Common Stock, with each share getting one vote. The holders of this share may receive dividends, at the discretion of the company.

B Class Shares – Shareholders of Class B have no voting rights. When dividends are paid, they are paid to Class B shareholders first. If there is sufficient cash remaining with Class A Shareholders receiving a dividend.

C Class Shares – Each share has 10 votes. Class C shareholders receive the same access to dividends and assets as Class A Shareholders, that is, after Class B Shareholders. Class C shares cannot be traded on the open market.
