This Policy is a foundational strategic and legally significant document of HydITEx Corporation. It regulates the operational principles of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and defines the Corporation's absolute commitments in the fields of quality management, industrial safety, environmental protection, and information security.

This Policy applies to all structural divisions, research and development (R&D) laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and all Technology Transfer processes executed by the Corporation—from fundamental research in hydrogen energy and biotechnology to the engineering and deployment of explosion-proof systems (ExTech) for Industry 4.0 and 5.0.

The primary objective of HydITEx Corporation is to ensure the absolute reliability, operational safety, and investment attractiveness of our technological solutions.

We recognize that our products and technologies are deployed within critical global infrastructure, including nuclear power generation, offshore oil and gas platforms, hydrogen hubs, the mining sector, and the agro-industrial complex. Consequently, quality management at HydITEx is not treated as a mere formal administrative procedure; it is a critical instrument designed to protect human lives, the environment, and the capital of our strategic partners and investors.

3. Executive Management Commitments

To achieve these strategic objectives, the Executive Management of HydITEx Corporation assumes direct, ultimate responsibility for the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and publicly commits to the following:

To ensure process transparency and provide verifiable guarantees to all stakeholders, the HydITEx management system is certified, maintained, and regularly audited for compliance with the following international standards:

• ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems): Ensures the stability of macro- and micro-processes, end-to-end quality control, and procedural transparency for clients and auditors.

• ISO/IEC 80079-34:2018 (Quality Management Systems for Ex Product Manufacture): A critical framework for our operations. It guarantees that all manufacturing and technology transfer processes destined for explosive atmospheres undergo multi-level engineering control, absolutely eliminating the risks of ignition and detonation.

• ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems): Declares our uncompromising priority to preserve the lives and health of our personnel, contractors, and end-users operating in high-risk environments.
