This directive mandates the implementation of a unified coding system and standardized signatory protocols for all official corporate assets of HydITEx Corporation. The Board of Directors hereby adopts a centralized identification standard for all internal and external records to ensure absolute global traceability, departmental accountability, and the protection of personnel through anonymized signature standards (ROM, LCT, THT). This framework establishes the legal and operational basis for all corporate communications and asset management.
Every document issued by the corporation must bear a Reference Number according to the following mandatory structure:

HYD-: Mandatory Corporate Prefix identifying the asset as HydITEx Property.
[TYPE]: Three-letter code identifying the category or nature of the document.
[DEPT]: Two-digit code identifying the issuing authority or regional department.

ARTICLE IV: DEPARTMENTAL IDENTIFICATION CODES (DEPT)
This code identifies the highest authority or regional body that granted the document:
00: Board of Directors (The highest inter-departmental governing body).
01: Pacific Department (HydITEx).
02: Mediterranean Department (HydITEx).
03: Atlantic Department (HydITEx).
04: Middle East Desk (HydITEx).
ARTICLE V: IMPLEMENTATION MANDATE
5.1. Format Transition: All internal administrative, HR, and departmental records must immediately transition from legacy numbering formats (e.g., #HR, #OPS) to the mandatory corporate prefixing system (e.g., HYD-HR, HYD-PUR).
5.2. Research Synchronization: External scientific publications and research assets utilizing the DOI (Digital Object Identifier) system must be synchronized with a corresponding internal HYD-RD reference number for administrative tracking and intellectual property management.
5.3. Operational Framework: This protocol serves as the primary operational framework for all digital and intellectual interactions within the global infrastructure of HydITEx Corporation.
ARTICLE VI: ANONYMIZED AND TEAM SIGNATURE STANDARDS
6.1. Collective Authority: To ensure corporate integrity and protect personnel from external pressure, unethical influence, or individual targeting by third parties, HydITEx Corporation adopts the principle of Anonymized Accountability.
6.2. ROM Title (Operations): All documents and correspondence related to procurement, supply chain, and general operations (PUR, OPS) shall be authorized on behalf of the regional operations team and signed using the title R&D Operations Manager (ROM).
6.3. THT Title (Commercial): Sales proposals, technical inquiries, and marketing communications (SAM) shall be issued under the collective signature The HydITEx Team (abbreviated as THT) to ensure a unified corporate position.
6.4. LCT Title (Legal): Official legal responses, claims, and mandates (LEG) are issued by the Legal Counsel Team (abbreviated as LCT). While coordinated with external partners such as law partners, all correspondence is maintained under the LCT identifier.
6.5. Personnel Protection: The use of individual employee names or personal signatures in commercial proposals and primary legal/operational responses is strictly prohibited. All communications must be authorized under the relevant team titles (ROM, THT, LCT) to safeguard the privacy and security of corporate staff.
6.6. Legal Validity: Signatures issued under the titles ROM, THT, or LCT carry full corporate authority and are legally binding for HydITEx Corporation.
